My spinach seed crop is almost ready. I haven't saved spinach seed in years and it was only a little bit. Now I have almost 300 sq feet to save! It's Giant Winter. Any tips on accomplishing the saving would be great. This is at my old location and I only go over there twice a week. Every time I remind myself about the crop. The kale to save too!
