I just deleted the whole thread created by this 'documents' user, I tried to delete the post only but had to delete the whole thread and some comments by some of you, sorry about that. The moderation here is indeed very low, Joseph and me are possibly the only moderators visiting regurlarly...I suspect that only Alan can appoint new moderators?

Thank you, orflo, for seeing the report and helping out. Yes, things haven't changed much since a 2014 discussion about the need. ottawagardener still drops in now and then but seems busy with her business and family.  Joseph has kept on top of things, but his mod powers are limited too, and we have been fortunate that spam hasn't been a huge issue.  No idea what would happen if Proboards needed someone to deal with a hosting or management issue . . .

Yeah, its a shame Alan hasn't really come back. If anyone has his email or phone number please give him a call. I understand he's busy with life, but its always nice to hear what he is up to. (plus he could appoint new mods or full mods)
