Lupinus jaimehintoniana is the only known tree type plant within Lupinus genus and there are registered specimens of up to 8 m high with trunk of 30 cm. inaturalist.nz/observations/491349Its native range is Oaxaca, Mexico. In southern part of the Oaxaca it is known as “chamis de monte”. There is very little information about the species and I couldn't find any about it's existence outside of the native range. I'm looking for seeds to try and grow it (of course protected from my winter ) but there is no source of seeds that I could identify. Is there, anyone from Oaxaca area here on forum? Do you know anyone from that area? Any botanical forum or botanist from that area that you could recommend for me to contact? Best, Srdjan
