I would speak about of the differences between the epigeal and hypogeal germination.
In first time with the analyze of the movment of the seeds.
In second time i will speak of the pottingsoil granulometry influence with differents tests.

When the germination is hypogeal, the seed keep in the pottingsoil this processus is possible by a low auxin production the advantage is that the seed is well protected.

When the germination is epygeal, the seed strenght above the pottingsoil, she product a lot of auxin. The inconvenient is that the seed can keep past at the cotyledons. A solution is to humidify the seed. I search a solution for stopped this problem.I have think at a delta
Δ (X-y) or (Y-x) of the granulometry between the root level the collet and the rod. We can considerate:
(x; X) as the root party.
(y; Y) ad the rod party.
x the most little value X the most tall value «above» tod party
Y the most little value Y the most tall value «under» roots party.
The idea is to determinate the place of the most big and fin granulometry in the pot.
