Greetings folks! Buffaloberry here to find out more types of corn from the Illinois Confederation and the Miami tribe from the Calumet region of Chicago and Indiana, off the shores of southern Lake Michigan. I've got a Miami white flour corn for the Miami, and for the Illinois, Shawnee and Tamaroa white flour corn, and Tamaroa red stripe flour corn. I did my very best to search for more types of Illinois and Miami corn through my research, but it was a tough dig. Could somebody please help me find more historic kinds of corn these tribes had centuries ago? Thanks!
