My corn grew almost without rain. For a few months there was chances of rain, other areas around receiving it but this location stayed dried. That helped my devices absorb a lot of radiation. It rained once heavy in the middle of corn growing, them dried out again. Them towards the end of it growing we received a few inches of rain and since then it has rained lightly. Right now and recently it's been cool. Recently the forecast looked bleak, but I was sceptical, thinking once the whole area dries a bit, it will become clean and low pressure, half a day or so later the forecast looks better then it has in months.

As we have had more of100mm of rain in june the corn around was had a good vegetative grow. Unfortunately the 14mm of jully and the mid mm during the first half of august and our heatwave up to 38°C 100,4°F many times was not good for the formation of the ears. The corn today in the fields the less irrigated around is ready to be harvested.Farmers around think that they will lost up to 50% of the yield. For the spring wheat some farmers are says that they have harvested 65 q/ha 1 quintal = 100kg 1 ha = 10 000m².
The currents rains have stopped almost all the fires in france. But it had fires at placements that we don't thinked that they can burn a day.
Since the 15 august it was rain 3 times 15 august 1 mm 16 august 3 mm And 3mm this morning we wait again some thunderstorms tomorow
Some plants bugs on the tomatos The t° are finaly under 30°C thanks to the rain.28°C 82,4°F today.18°C 64,4°F tomorow morning and 26°C 78,8°F the afternoon.

i hope more rains have happened since then? we've finally had storms today giving us rains. perhaps over 10cm with most of it happening in the past few hours.
temperatures were mid 80sF at the highest the past several days but most of the week before was in the mid 70F at the most. nice evenings to cool down. i think the next week looks to be warmer but these rains will help.
tomorrow is also forecast for rains but we'll see what happens.

we've had about 10 inches (about 30cm) of rain the past few weeks. normal is about 3 inches (9 cm) per month. we're just making up for this long dry summer at last. more rains in the forecast this coming week, but also warm temperatures have returned with more humidity. i'm hoping we start going back to mid-70s again as that is more tolerable and i can get a lot more done outside. still, even with the dry weather it has been a good summer in the gardens (other than the strawberries and a few other things but that was a mistake of mine and not due to the weather).
i hope more rains come along for you soon, but also not all at once!

semi-regular rains of enough quantity that i've not felt like i had to water. weather otherwise has been ok. coldest temperatures in the forecast are still above frost level so i'm good with that. a few cooler days coming though, now down to the low 60sF for a few days. night time temperatures getting down into the upper 40sF at times too.
