Shit. I hate to hear it, Dan. Glad you are going to do some things you've wanted to do for a while.

Dan - the strength you show in the face of adversity is always inspirational. Much love to you. Let me know if we can do anything from down this way.

Hey Dan, As long as you're going to be traveling and fishing, why don't you come and visit? We have a wee place about 20 minutes from Lake Almanor that you could stop and fish at on your way down. We'd love to have your advice, see you at the dinner table and shake your hand.
Meeting you, even over the internet changed my life, from "Gee, I wish I could do that, to hey! Look at me! I'm doing that!"
The Italian Heirloom Bean trial would not have happened without you. And even the curator of the USDA Bean collection is impressed. The folks in Italy are stoked and now...and I can't wait to send them to you so that you can spread them around the globe.
Brother, thanks for the seeds.
Peace and Love, Holly & Leo

Holly, I'd love to come down, but that will have to wait until we get Shaoling through the immigration circus, and permanent residence status. We'll leave that on the back burner for now.

Keep on my friend, keep on. Our thaughts are with you. And there is a wonderful lil'woman in the sky watching over you. I admire your strenght but if one can do it, it is you. Spirit is key in cancer as with the rest of our lives, so it makes me feel better to see yours is so good.
You are in our prayers, and you have lots of other people lives to touch and change

Oh Dan! Lots of healing energy and all my best wishes to you! Would you believe I still have a Giraffe Abricot tomato in perfect condition harvested Sept 2010? Also, Burztyn has become our favorite. I really appreciate your expertise and generosity!
