No range yet; cooking out of the microwave or a small single serving electric skillet. Also have an egg cooker and a crockpot, but crockpot seems like a waste for one person?
I took pork chops out 3 days ago and ground chicken yesterday. Couldn't figure out what to do with them? Dogs are going to eat well tonight. Just not sure what I'll have??

Yesterday's leftover chili tonight. Fiance teaches a night class, but I packed a big bowl for him to eat before class. Chile is great for weather like this! I used cannelinni beans instead of kidneys cause it's what I had.

Last night I made a really scrumptious cream soup with acorn squash and leeks. Served it with cheesy croutons on top, and a splash of white balsamic. Green salad on the side, and tada! Winter dinner.
Tonight is stuffed meatloaf, sliced mangoes, and brown rice with onions. I made a beautiful pie this morning - black and blue berries, so sweet it needed very little sugar. A little taste of the coming months, right?

Yes, Moonie, I'm here. Mostly living out of boxes, but have phone and puter hooked up.
Think I'll have French Toast for supper. Very tired tonight. I think all this moving has caught up with me.

Left overs...Which I had to stretch with extra tomato juice...and reseasoning...was still good though.

Semi-homemade sourdough pancakes here.
The french toast inspired me.

My roast last night wasn't too great. The meat was too lean, so it turned out stringy and I put the carrots in too early, so they tasted burnt. Oh well...
