That is a good idea to put out to folks outside of the forum. Here, however, you are preaching to the choir because most of us are doing what we can in this area. But, I can't just pop over to Joseph's whenever I feel like it seeing as he's a mere 2,700 miles away (give or take a mile or so depending on your route).
HOWEVER, there ARE opportunities and I'm glad that you point that out. There is a chance that we could start a small restaurant here soon. I've met a woman and she has 8 acres and a small restaurant set up, just needs someone to do it. I haven't had time to look into it any further just now though. I have several friends who SAY they would like a job but when approached they are VERY negative about the idea and not interested in considering possibilities.
