Martin (BHP2) is a very good friend and knowledgeable seeds man. I think he would be a great guy to invite to homegrown if he has some time to share with us.
What do yawl think?

I thought you were my friend CFF?? Knowledgeable yes, but he is totally lacking in people skills. I quit going to Tomatoland when he came back to post there. At least on iDig, I can block his posts. Invite him here, and I'm gone.

Just read this thread from start to finish, what a hoot. For the record I have nothing against Martin as I have not had any banter with him. Zman is an idiot and I will tell him so at any chance. I had all but forgotten about chickenman, ahhhh the memories. We had great times back a couple of years on gardenweb. He got me banned a couple of times LOL. He sent me a challenge one year, for a contest between us two to see who could grow the largest tomato. This was after I posted a pic of a big Delicious tomato that was a bit over 2 pound. But,,hehehe, I taped down the back of the scale in the pic so it showed 4 pound and a bit LOL. Sucked him in big time I just googled gridgardener and he is on every garden forum going LOL Busy boy He is harmless , just careless with his posts. Hey, and I'm not guilty of that ROFLMAO

I just thought I would give an update on the zman. He ceased posting on HT in June and I haven't seen any sign of him on any other forums. I haven't seen anyone who even resembles him.
Maybe he did go back to Texas with his "millions."

Inowledgeable yes, but he is totally lacking in people skills. I quit going to Tomatoland when he came back to post there. Well, that explains something I had wondered about, why we didn't see you around anymore Blue. I know we lost Mantis as a regular poster as well, not because of Martin, but, perhaps another persons presence. I wonder if we should look into the option of blocking posts over at TL?

Perhaps he has more leeway in a pay-to-play atmosphere.

Well since ZMan is in "show business", he might be out of work right now. Poor Dave!

I see that the new SSE Forum is NOT ZMan- Free. I am sure he will be thrilled I just joined.

FP, Thanks for the warning. I was going to join. Saw Tashak there last night and one other person. But if that ignorant p.r. is there, I'll pass.
